Individual Therapy Session

$150

Individual therapy consists of 50 minute sessions. This will be time for you to focus on yourself. Some forms of therapy offered are Cognitive Processing Therapy (Trauma therapy), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and self- compassion/mindfulness based talk therapy.

Group Therapy

$100 consult/intake

$700 12 week group total

$100 aftercare appointments (optional)

Group Therapy is offered for both Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Both groups are 12 week programs designed to help you get unstuck!

Couple's Therapy

$150

We work together to help you and your partner gain insight into your relationship, resolve conflict, and improve relationship satisfaction utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions. Couple's therapy can be applied to situations outside of romantic relationships as well!

Premarital Counseling

$125 per session 

Premarital Counseling is set for 10 sessions to start. More can be added, if needed. Within the ten sessions, topics like communication, finances, roles/responsibilities, giving and received love will be covered. It is all designed and tailored specifically to help set your marriage up for success.

Cognitive Processing Therapy

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is a cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approach primarily employed to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It involves educating individuals about common reactions to trauma, helping them identify and challenge negative thoughts, teaching coping skills, and guiding them through a structured process to reprocess traumatic events.
